The other day I got this amazing Urban Prairie mini album kit in my letter box, and I just LOVE it!

I'm going to make a video for my YouTube channel where I show you the kit and put it together, so watch out for that! :)

As you can see, the kit contains loads of goodies, such as a scalloped chipboard mini album, papers from Basic Grey's Urban Prairie series, Prima flowers, bling, brads, chipboard, and more. I looooove it!!

A fresh start

I can't believe how long it's been since I updated my blog....I'm really embarrassed that it's been so long!! But I've gone through a rough patch in my life, I've hade surgery and I haven't been well at all. I'm not back a 100% just yet, but hopefully I will be.
I haven't had much strength left over for scrapbooking for quite some time, but I have made a couple of projects, like this little journal:

I will really try to update my blog more frequently from now on, I promise I'll try!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Today it's Christmas Day, and yesterday was the most magical and wonderful of all days; Christmas Eve! :)) I spent it together with my beloved family, and we had a marvellous time! I got loads of great gifts, and among them were a gift from my secret scrap-santa (a scrap forum that I'm a member of arranged this) and here is what I got from her:

There's the Bitty Bag from Prima, pink embossing powder, journaling spots, clearstamps and chipboard shapes. And I just love all of it!! :)

Now I'm just going to relax, enjoy the day and eat some Christmas candy!

I can't believe how long it's been since I last updated my blog...!! But there's been so much going on in my life, that I simply haven't had the time nor strength to keep my blog updated. But now I'm hopefully back on track again! :)

Here's another type of mini album I made. What I love about these is that they are so versatile! You can make them out of any square paper, wether it's a 12" x 12" or a 2" x 2" or any size in between! :)

As you know, I absolutely love mini albums! :) One of my favourite materials to use is brown paper bags. I just love how versatile they are!

This is a mini accordion album I made for my mum (the word on the cover is the Swedish word for "mother") for Mother's Day.

I used my printer for the journaling, and I printed on a transparency sheet.
I really like that effect.

My art journal

I had a lot of fun making this art journal, and I'm having a lot of fun using it! :) I love to try new techniques in colouring, journaling and so forth, and this is the perfect place for it.
I used a plain white spiral note book, size A4. I then decorated it with various patterned papers and embellishments, such as acrylic paint, glitterglue, Grungeboard and Fragments from Tim Holtz, chipboard, rubberstamps, bookplate and ribbon.

My very first entry in my new scrap blog! :)
I'm excited about finally having my own blog. I've thought about it for quite some time now, but I haven't gotten around to it. until now, that is! :)
At the moment, I have loads and loads of ideas for altering, but unfortunately, too little time. But I have managed to set some time a side to make a few projects. I'll be posting both photos and videos here, and first up is a video. Enjoy! :)
